Kelleigh Welch

Through writing, design, and technology, my goal is to provide customers with the tools they need to tailor an experience true to their interests and support them every step of the way. From content marketing to developing top tier UX strategies, I believe understanding the customer experience and sharing their stories helps establish an expert reputation and sets a company up for success.

I’ve worked in industries including outdoor conservation and recreation, travel and tourism, hospitality, museums, pro audio and digital systems, newspaper and magazine publishing, non-profit, and more. Outside the office, I’m an avid traveler, hiker, and cross-country skier. I love exploring new places on foot, visiting museums, famous landmarks, and sampling local food. At home, I like to treat my backyard as a travel adventure, diving into new recipes using fresh, local ingredients or visiting a new part of the city. Based in Boston, there’s plenty of places to explore on my own or with my loyal companion, Samwise the pug.
